  The VETpartEX project «Future-oriented Vocational Training for the Construction Sector in Ukraine in Partnership for Excellence» (ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET 101183275 - VETpartEx) will contribute to the development of curricula adapted to the requirements of the labour market, and will allow graduates of vocational education and training institutions and adults (with special attention to representatives of vulnerable groups such as veterans, people with disabilities and internally displaced persons (IDPs)) to be more responsive to labour market requirements. The new curricula will be implemented in 5 vocational education institutions. The development process will culminate in new teaching materials for publication by Ukrainian teachers, as well as (massive) open online courses ((M) OOCs) and open educational resources (OER).

The specific objectives are as follows:

1) Organisational development: implementation of an organisational structure to ensure close cooperation and sustainable innovation in vocational education and training institutions, involving higher education institutions and the construction industry.
2) Structuring and assessment of competences: development and implementation of a model for identifying, structuring and documenting relevant skills and competences 3) Competence development: Implementation of the transfer of knowledge to vocational education and training institutions by higher education experts and teachers or masters of apprenticeships.
4) Dissemination of competences: Nationwide implementation of a refresher ((M)OOC) and support (OER) programme for teachers and masters of apprenticeships.
